How Group Airfare Works

Once you submit your request, one of our highly experienced agents will find you the best fares available and send you a quote.
confirm itinerary
After you confirm your itinerary, our agent will hold and secure your space with the airline. A deposit will be due within 7-10 days.
final details & Payment
Final passenger names, special requests, and final payment will be due 45 days prior to departure.
